Object code

Object code is an intermediate result of a compiler or compilation process by a computer program. Simple compiler can skip this step.

The object code consists mainly of machine code for the architecture for which the program was compiled. It usually contains compact and vorgeparsten code and often used program libraries that are then linked with other object files.

The format of the object code is dependent on programming compiler and the machine. After creating object code is usually done the left, which yields as a result the finished executable program.
