Ocean Village (company)

Ocean Village was between 2003 and 2010 a trading name of Carnival Corporation & plc cruise deals on the English-speaking European market.

Carnival plc, the British part company of the Group, based in Southampton, England continued, as the owner and operator of the vessels Ocean Village and Ocean Village Two on the global success story great freedom and flexibility in food, clothing and entertainment on board. History

The brand was introduced in 2003 and with a ship of the same name launched in the same year a first cruise under the slogan "the cruise for people who do not do cruises " ( in German: " The cruise for people who do not cruising " ). The ship had hitherto been for several years under the name of Arcadia in use, but was then renovated and freshly painted for the new brand from almost pure white of the P & O Cruises with lively orange and red bows.

From the spring of 2007 moved a second ship to the colors of Ocean Village.
