Oering is a municipality in the district of Segeberg in Schleswig-Holstein.
Geography and transport
Oering is located about 17 km northeast of Norderstedt near the national highway 432 between Hamburg to Bad Segeberg. Through the village runs the L 80
The place originally belonged to Good Borstel, which now belongs to the municipality Sülfeld.
Of the thirteen seats in the municipal council, the CDU has been the municipal election 2008, eight seats, the SPD and the FDP three two seats.
