Oersted Medal
The Oersted Medal is awarded since 1936 by the American Association of Physics Teachers Award for outstanding achievements in physics teaching and didactics. It is named after Hans Christian Ørsted and the highest award in this field in the United States. The winners lectures are regularly published in the American Journal of Physics.
