Ofu-Olosega

Ofu Olosega is a twin island of Manuainseln in American Samoa. The two islands of Ofu and Olosega are only separated by a 70 meter narrow waterway that Asaga Street. A coral reef surrounds both islands. Ofu and Olosega set the sea on the towering cone of an inactive volcano dar. double dew is the islands only 10 km from the next. Ofu

Olosega

Olosega is the remnant of the Sili shield volcano, whose caldera slipped partly after an outbreak in 1866 in the Pacific. The Piumafua, the concentration of the Alei and Mataala - ridge is 639 m, the highest point on the island.

There are two villages on the island, Olosega and Sili. Sili, however, inhabited only by a few people as it was devastated by a hurricane.
