Oga, Akita
Oga (Japanese男 鹿 市, - shi) is a city located in Akita Prefecture on Honshu, the main island of Japan.
History
The city Oga was founded on March 31, 1954 from the former municipalities Oganaka, Toga, Iriai, Wakimoto and Funagawako.
Geography
Oga is located north of Akita on the Oga Peninsula on the Japan Sea.
