OGLE -2005- BLG - 169L is a 8800 light years from Earth distant red dwarf in the constellation Sagittarius. It is characterized by an apparent brightness of 20.4 may not be seen with the naked eye even under optimal viewing conditions. In 2006, the OGLE project discovered an extrasolar planet orbiting this star. This is called OGLE -2005- BLG - 169L b.
