OGLE -2006- BLG - 109L b is an exoplanet orbiting the star OGLE -2006- BLG - 109L all 1825 days. Due to its high mass is assumed that it is a gas planet.
Discovery
Unlike the majority of exoplanets it has been discovered using the microlensing method. The planet was discovered by the OGLE project in 2008.
Circulation and mass
The planet orbits its star at a distance of about 2.3 astronomical units and has a mass of about 225.7 Earth masses and 0.71 Jupiter masses.
