Oh Seong-ok

Oh Seong -ok ( born October 10, 1972 in Daejeon, South Korea) is a South Korean handball player.

Oh Seong -ok initially played in their home on the Korean Sports University and Chong Kun Dang at HC before they moved on to Japanese club Club Hiroshima, with whom she won six championships. Since 2006 she plays in the top Austrian club Hypo Niederösterreich Austria, with whom she 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010, won the league and cup double. With Hypo they stood in 2008 in the finals of the EHF Champions League, but failed to Zvezda Zvenigorod there. In the same year the backcourt player for Austria was elected " handball player of the year 2007/ 08". In the 2009/10 season, she worked as a player coach at Hypo Niederösterreich Austria. In summer 2010, she returned to South Korea to be trained there to coach.

International denied Oh Seong -ok over 260 appearances for the South Korean national team. With South Korea, they won the 1995 World Cup. At the Olympic Games, the right-handed won the gold medal in 1992, 1996 and 2004 respectively the silver medal and the bronze medal in 2008. In 2008 she was elected to the All-Star Team for the Olympic Games.
