The Ohio Brush Creek is a 93 km long right tributary of the Ohio River in southern Ohio. It drains an area of 1,127 km ² and is part of the river system of the Mississippi River. The outflow is via the Ohio River and Mississippi River into the Gulf of Mexico.

The Ohio Brush Creek rises about 3 kilometers southwest of the town of New Market in the southeastern Highland County. Then it flows in a generally southerly direction through the Adams County and flows 5 km upriver from Concord into the Ohio River. Its main tributaries are the 35km West Fork and 28 kilometers Baker Fork.
