OK Computer is a music album by Radiohead.

OK Computer was released on 13 June 1997 on Parlophone, a sub- label of EMI, and the genre is Britpop / Alternative attributed. It is considered an important milestone in rock and pop music of the 90s. The album was awarded the 1998 Grammy Award for Best Alternative Music Album.

On 24 March 2009 a collector's edition came on the market, which also contains a DVD with videos and live recordings in addition to a second CD of B-sides, live recordings and demo versions.

Classification of the album

OK Computer is Radiohead's third album and marks a change in the band's history. After two more classic Britpop albums the band with electronic such as filtering and noise effects, began to work. The following two projects Kid A and Amnesiac should further develop this approach then consistently.
