Okahao is a city in the same constituency Okahao in the Omusati Region in northern Namibia with 1600 inhabitants. The city lives off the land and is located about 70 kilometers south-west of Oshakati, 25 kilometers from Tsandi and 55 kilometers from Outapi.
The surrounding settlements at Okahao among other things, the village belongs Ongandjera (17 ° 53 ' S, 15 ° 4' O 17.8833315.06667, 2,850 inhabitants), the birthplace of Samuel Nujoma, Namibia's first president.
