Oleg Ostapenko

Oleg Nikolayevich Ostapenko (Russian Олег Николаевич Остапенко; May 3, 1957 in Pokoschitschi in Chernihiv, Ukrainian SSR ) is a Lieutenant General in the Russian armed forces.
