Oliver Setzinger

Oliver Setzinger ( born July 11, 1983 in Horn ) is an Austrian ice hockey player, who plays for Lausanne HC in the Swiss National League A since 2010.

Career

He began his career in Finland, where he was engaged for the last HPK Hameenlinna. Put Inger was drawn NHL Entry Draft in 2001 in the third round as 76th overall by the Nashville Predators. 2005 /06 to 2006/ 07 he played with the Vienna Capitals. In May 2007, he signed with the NHL's Nashville Predators, but was released before the season started at the Milwaukee Admirals ( AHL farm team of the Predators ). Since he was rarely used even when the admiral, he moved in January 2008 to the SCL Tigers in the Swiss National League A.

In October 2009, he instructed his players' agents to seek him a new club because he was unhappy with his situation at the Tigers. The end of October, there was then a player exchange with the HC Davos, who fired the surplus Alexandre Daigle to the Tigers. In November 2010 Setzinger moved on loan to HC Servette Genève.

Internationally

Put Inger is a regular player of the Austrian national team. He was both at the Olympic Games in 2002, as well as ten world championships ( 2001-2005 and 2007-2011 ) in the Austrian squad.
