Oliver Stöckli

Oliver Stöckli (born 28 December 1976) is a former Swiss football player. He played on the position of the goalkeeper.

Stöckli began his career at FC Basel in 1996. After only seven missions in two seasons, he moved to the 1998/1999 season for FC Baden. After only a year he returned to Basel. After another season, he became the FC Winterthur and later transferred to FC St. Gallen. In St. Gallen, he had his most active period and was used in 44 games. After a side trip to FC Lugano and FC Sion and FC Concordia Basel, he moved to the winter break of the 2004/05 season for FC Aarau in 2006 and returned back to FC Winterthur. There he played relatively successful and was again used regularly. From 2008 Stöckli was back at FC Basel under contract. There he came in third, respectively. from June 2009 4th goalkeeper rarely used and was also involved in the coaching staff of the youth team. End of the 2009 season ended Oliver Stöckli his active football career.
