Olivier Dahan

Olivier Dahan ( born June 26, 1967 in La Ciotat ) is a French film director.

Dahan studied from 1987 to 1991 Art in Marseille. After graduating, he worked as a freelance artist and has directed music videos for artists such as Zucchero and The Cranberries. Since 1989 he has already made ​​short films, his first feature film Déjà mort appeared in 1998.

With the Luc Besson production The Crimson Rivers 2 - Angels of the Apocalypse 2004 he devoted himself to the thriller genre; his international breakthrough as a film director, he celebrated in 2007 with the biopic La Vie en Rose about the life of Edith Piaf.
