Olly Murs
Oliver Stanley " Olly " Murs ( born May 14, 1984 in Witham, Essex, England ) is a British pop singer. In his home country he was in 2009 by the sixth season of the talent show The X Factor is known in which he finished second behind Joe McElderry.
Life
In addition to his twin brother and his two- year-old sister is Murs one of three children of Vicky- Lynn and Peter Murs. He grew up in Witham and attended Notley High School where he was a striker in the football team at school. Later, he played semi- professionally for Witham Town. After finishing school, Murs worked in a call center.
Music
In 2009 he applied for the sixth season of the talent show The X Factor, which aired from August to December 2009 at the evening program of the British television channel ITV. Murs reached the final of the competition, but it lost to the 18 -year-old Joe McElderry.
As a result, he went on with the show The X Factor Live on tour. In February 2010, he was taken by the record labels Epic Records and Syco Music under contract. His debut single Please Do not Let Me Go was released in late August 2010, the debut album Olly Murs early December.

In the U.S., Trouble Maker appeared on 8th January 2013. On January 25, 2013 Trouble Maker appeared in Germany on CD and reached this place 2 of the singles charts. In the UK, there has even been leap to number 1 in the U.S. The album was released as Murs ' first album on 16 April 2013. Could charted at number 19 of the U.S. album charts.
The second single from the album was Army of Two. This could reach number 12 in the UK charts. In Germany, she placed herself only for a week at No. 96 The third single Dear Darlin 'could be much better place again. She appeared on 26 May 2013, the UK and reached number 5 in Germany it was released on August 16. and rose to No. 2 in Austria and reached Olly Murs with the single for the first time the number 1 on the charts.
The fourth single from the album Right Place Right Time was released on August 25, 2013 in the UK. In addition, Dance with Me Tonight was released in a new version as a single in the U.S..
In November 2013 a new version of the album Right Place Right Time appeared. For this, the next single Hand on Heart was released on November 24. In the summer of 2014, the next studio album to appear.

Murs was already three times in the UK on tour. He also toured as support of One Direction by America and accompanied Robbie Williams in 2013 on its European tour. In October 2013 he went for the first time on solo tour in Germany.
