Olympic Council of Asia

The Olympic Council of Asia ( OCA short; German: Olympic Council of Asia ) is a sports association in Asia with currently 45 National Olympic Committees as members. Currently Sheikh Fahad Al -Sabah is president. The oldest NOK from Japan and the Philippines, which were taken in 1911 by the IOC. East Timor, however, is the youngest member, which in 2003 was added. The headquarters of the OCA is in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
