Olza, Spain
Cendea de Olza (Basque Oltza Zendea ) is a Spanish municipality in the Comunidad Foral de Navarra and the comarca of Cuenca de Pamplona. It has 1802 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013) and is located a few kilometers west of Pamplona.
Cendea de Olza is made up of nine villages, which have the status of a " concejo ":
- Arazuri: 376 inhabitants.
- Artázcoz: 29 inhabitants.
- Asiaín: 153 inhabitants.
- Ibero: 215 inhabitants.
- Izcue: 73 inhabitants.
- Izu: 30 inhabitants.
- Lizasoain: 75 inhabitants.
- Olza: 51 inhabitants.
- Ororbia: 533 inhabitants.
Personalities
- Miguel Angel Lecumberri Erburu (1924-2007) was titular bishop of Lambiridi and Vicar Apostolic of Tumaco in Colombia.
