OMA (time signal)

OMA was the callsign of a time signal transmitter in Liblice, Czechoslovakia. He sent on long wave at 50 kHz with a transmitter power of 5 kW. At the same location and the shortwave time signal OLB5 was stationed.

Both signals sent Seconds points with minutes identifier and worked - as opposed, for example, to the Russian stations - in continuous operation with one-hour service interval 10-11 clock. They were shut down around 1990.
