Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov

Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov ( Bulgarian Омраам Микаел Айванов, born Михаил Иванов / Mikhail Ivanov, born January 31, 1900 in Srpci, now Macedonia, † December 25, 1986 in Frejus, France ) was a Bulgarian guru.

Life

After a deprived childhood in a small village near the mountain Pelister he met with 17 years Beinsa Duno, the founder of the religious community Universal White Brotherhood. In 1937, he received from him the mission to bring his teachings to France and to disseminate them as in the West. Over the course of 49 years until his death Aivanhov has further developed this theory and kept nearly 5000 lectures.

He has taught mainly in France, but also lectured in countries such as Canada, Switzerland, Scandinavia and the USA during his many travels. His works are based on the lectures that have been taken down in shorthand or recorded on tape and edited into a 32 -volume complete edition.
