On Protecting Children from Information Harmful to Their Health and Development

Law No. 436 on the protection of children from harmful for their health and development information (Russian О защите детей от информации, причиняющей вред их здоровью и развитию ) is a Russian federal law, which was adopted on 21 December 2010 by the Russian State Duma and entered into force on 1 September 2012. The law assigns all the information one of the five groups and regulates the rating of each group. It also decreed that all media products with an age rating (0 , 6 , 12 , 16 and 18 ) are indicated.

• "Law on restricting the dissemination of information on child victims " from the April 5, 2013
• "Law for the Protection of Children from the denial of traditional family values ​​propagating information " from June 30, 2013
