Ondrej Krištofík

Ondrej Krištofík ( born September 10, 1966 in Bratislava ) is a former Slovak football player.

Career

Krištofík started his professional career in 1989 when ŠK Slovan Bratislava where he Czechoslovak champion in 1992. For the 1994/95 season, the midfielder moved to the Czech League to Slavia Prague and in 1996 Czech Master. He left Slavia following the championship season and moved to Israel Hapoel Petah Tikva. After four years abroad Krištofík returned to Slovakia and played one season for Spartak Trnava. At 33, he moved again to Slavia Prague, but was used between 1999 and 2001 only in the B- team. Then Krištofík went to unterklassigen SK Hořovice, where he ended his career in 2003.

National

Krištofík played six times for Czechoslovakia. His debut was the offensive player on January 30, 1991, the Czechoslovak Federal Republic defeated Australia dans his gate 1-0. In calendar year 1991, the midfielder has been used four times, his last appearance in the dress of Czechoslovakia had Krištofík on 27 May 1992 his team defeated Poland in Jastrzębie Zdrój 0:1.
