One Magnificent Mile

One Magnificent Mile is a skyscraper in the U.S. city of Chicago. The building is 205 meters high and was completed in 1983. In the 57 floors of the skyscraper, which offer approximately 96,000 square feet of floor space, located next to offices for 182 different apartments at the top. The building has a curved roof and a light brown shimmering facade. On one part of the roof even a green strip has been established. The office of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill was commissioned to design the building.
