Oorderen

Oorderen is a former village near Antwerp in Belgium.

Oorderen was first mentioned in 1116. In 1927 the town was annexed to Antwerp and from 1965 had to place the redevelopment of the port of Antwerp soft. Today Oorderens is the one located the Opel plant in Antwerp at the site, and another part was built over by the railway facilities in the north of Antwerp.

Oorderen with how Wilmarsdonk, Oosterweel and Lillo is one of the towns that had to give way to the port of Antwerp.
