Oppermann Automobiles

Oppermann is a former British manufacturer of automobiles.

Company History

Carl Oppermann from London produced from 1898 vehicles with electric motor. In 1902 he founded the company Carl Oppermann Electric Carriage Co Limited.

1907 production was stopped.

Rolling stock

All vehicles of Oppermann were equipped with electric motors. The vehicles were also used as taxis. The motors contributed 1-6 hp. From 1905, the appearance of the vehicles was adjusted by attaching a hood to the appearance of gasoline cars.
