Orbiter (Simulator)

Orbiter is a free space flight simulator for Windows. With the Newtonian physics engine are trajectories of objects ( such as the spaceships ) calculated in real-time or compressed. As an add -on are, eg, the Apollo program, the Space Shuttle fleet of NASA and historical, real and fictitious space vehicles available which are developed by a community. Furthermore, MFD- addons available that allow complex maneuvers (eg Swing - bys ) and better representation of their own ( planned ) trajectory and the planetary orbits are possible. High resolution texture packs of the Earth and other celestial bodies based on satellite images and whole star systems can be installed additionally.
