Order of Charles III

The Order of Charles III. ( officially: Real Distinguida y Orden Española de Carlos III) as a Merit for the Catholic nobility by King Charles III. been donated by Spain on September 19, 1771. Occasion to have been as Prince of Asturias, the birth of the Son.

Order decoration

The Order was restored by King Charles IV in 1804. 1808, the order was dissolved by King Joseph Napoleon. King Ferdinand VII activated this order again 1814.
