Order of Glory

The Order of Glory (Russian Орден Славы ) was donated by the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union on November 8, 1943. The Order has three classes and was only given to soldiers to the rank of corporal. The rental experience was that a soldier was first awarded the lowest ranking third grade, then the second and finally the highest, first class. Carriers of all classes were " Knight of the Order of Glory ", leading to the same privileges as a " Hero of the Soviet Union " legitimate. The ribbon of this medal is the St. George's ribbon.

In the Great Patriotic War of the Order of the First Class was awarded approximately 2,200 times. The Order class II and III received 46,000. Class 868,000 military personnel.
