Order of Prince Edward Island

The Order of Prince Edward Iceland is a civil order of merit in the Canadian province of Prince Edward Iceland. The award was introduced on 1996 and is awarded civilians that are noticed by special services. The annual number of religious ceremonies is limited to three. Insignia

After admission into the Order, members receive in a ceremony at Government House in Charlottetown the insignia of the Order presented. The main emblem of the Order, Medal of Merit called, is a gold medallion.
