Order of the Golden Shield

The Order of the green shield was a French Knights.

It was donated on January 1, 1369 by Duke Ludwig II of Bourbon. The occasion was his return from English captivity. The ceremony should receive such a knight that the principle of chivalry dedicated themselves.

Religious character was in green sign with a beaded cross bandage. The Order 's motto was, " Allen", from the French Allons tous ensemble au service de Dieu, et soyons unis en la défense de nos pays, et là où nous trouver à pourrons conquérir par fait honneur de chivalry. The Order had seventeen members and went out after a short time.
