Đorđe Pavlić

Pavlić Đorđe (Serbian Cyrillic - Ђорђе Павлић; born August 28, 1938 in Drenovac, Kingdom of Yugoslavia ) is a former Yugoslav football player. The striker and attacking midfielder played in the late 1960s and early 1970s in the Bundesliga and the Regional, the then fünfgleisigen second league.

Career

Pavlić began his career at FK sloven Ruma, a now unterklassigen club from Serbia until 1960 when we first division club FK Vojvodina Novi Sad became aware of him and signed him. 1963 and 1964, he was appointed a total of two times in the Yugoslav national team. In 1966, he was with Vojvodina Yugoslav champion. Then moved Pavlić for MSV Duisburg, where he played until 1972 and was converted from striker to attacking midfielder. In 172 games for the Meidericher he scored 21 goals. 1972 moved to Đorđe Pavlić Schwarz-Weiß Essen in the Regionalliga West, a second-rate by then five leagues in the Federal Republic of Germany. There, he finished his career in 1974.
