Oren Patashnik

Oren Patashnik (born 1954 ) is an American computer scientist.

Patashnik studied at Yale and Stanford. He became famous for his work on BibTeX, he also wrote to Concrete Mathematics: A Foundation for Computer Science with. He is a researcher at the Center for Communications Research in La Jolla.

Oren Patashnik 1980 Qubic solved completely by exhaustive search. He proved that with optimal play, the player who makes the first train always wins.
