Original Single Kollektion


The original single collection is the first compilation of the German rock band Rammstein. It is a box that contains the first six officially released singles the band.

Creation and publication

The publication of the box was held on June 19, 1998 in Europe and on 23 March 1999 in America instead. In all the songs that are included in the box, comes music and lyrics of Rammstein and produced by Jacob Heller. Exception to this is the Kraftwerk cover the model, it was written by the members of Kraftwerk, Karl Bartos, Ralf Hütter and Emil Schult and produced by Ralf Hütter and Florian Schneider- Esleben. The box was limited to 5,000 copies. In Europe, the compilation was released under the label Motor Music in America found the release under the label PolyGram instead. To promote the first publication, two singles were released in advance. First, the power plant cover was published The Model. Later, a re-release of the first single Rammstein You smell followed as well, which was so well brought out with a new music video under the name You smell '98. The content and design
