Orinoco River Crossing

The Orinoco overhead line crossing is a 220 - kV transmission line crossing with two circuits on the Orinoco River in Venezuela. It has two clamping fields of 2,537 and 2,161 meters in length and mounted on 240 -meter-high steel truss structures designed as pylons. The masts of the Orinoco transmission line crossing are among the tallest freestanding structures in South America.
