Features
This Blindwühle is up to 60 cm long and has a slender head with a wedge-shaped snout.
Occurrence
The Panama Blindwühle lives only in Ostpanama and northern Colombia and lives in the tropical forests of these regions.
Way of life
This Oscaecilia Type spends most of her life in the damp earth, and usually comes out only when it is washed out by heavy rains. She digs courses and eats earthworms and insects, it encounters. Their main predators are snakes that enter into their tunnels to eat the Blindwühle. About the propagation is virtually nothing is known, however, it is considered likely that this type lays eggs.
