Oshibori
Oshibori (Japaneseおしぼりrareお 絞りor御 絞り, dt " wrung " ) refers to a moist towelette or small damp towel, which is served to the guest in a restaurant before eating. It is used to clean the hands or the face. It can be moistened (in summer) depending on the season with warm (in winter) or cold water.
