Oslo Freedom Forum

The Oslo Freedom Forum (OFF) is a human rights conference, which was established by the Human Rights Foundation of the Norwegian / Venezuleaners Thor Halvorssen Leonardo Mendoza. It takes place annually since 2009 in Oslo, most recently in May 2013.

The aim of the Forum is to bring together leading human rights activist, former state leaders, Nobel laureates, former prisoners and bring together selected authors with businessmen, politicians and cultural opinion leaders from Norway and the world due to human rights activism.
