Oswaldtwistle is a town in the prefecture of Hyndburn in the North West of England and has 12,532 inhabitants. It lies on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, 4.8 km south-east of Blackburn. In the village is a monument to the industry converted disused textile factory.
