OTC Bulletin Board

The OTC Bulletin Board ( OTCBB ) is an American trading system, on the off-exchange trades (OTC - Over the counter ) are recorded. As NASDAQ and Xetra is an electronic trading platform in which are held in other prices, times and volumes. On the OTC Bulletin Board on NASDAQ the shares are traded under the symbol NDAQ.

Compared to the regular trading on the NYSE about the ( transparency ) requirements for the companies that have their trading prices hold on the platform, much lower. As for OTC transactions not a "real " stock market trading takes place, the name of the listing or listing on guided on OTCBB company can not be applied, the respective share prices are not considered representative.
