OTI Festival

The OTI Festival ( Spanish: Festival OTI de la Canción ) was an annual Pan-American singing competition, which by active members of the Ibero-American Television Union ( OTI ) was contested and performed 1973-2000. It was thus the counterpart to the Euro Vision Song Contest on the American continent.
