Otsego is a city in Wright County in the U.S. state of Minnesota. It is located northwest of Minneapolis in the metropolitan region of the Twin Cities and has approximately 6,400 inhabitants.

Geography

Otsego is located on the Mississippi River, northwest of the mouth of the Crow River in Mississippi. According to the United States Census Bureau, the area of ​​the city is 13.6 square miles, of which 0.4 square miles of water.

History

The records of the history of Otsego after it was Samuel Carrick, who on the territory of modern city ran a trading post was the first White 1850-1854.
