Ottmar Liebert

Ottmar Liebert ( born 1 February 1959 in Cologne ) is a German guitarist. As a composer, he combines stylistic device (harmonic and technical) of flamenco with other genres. He was born in Cologne and has lived in Santa Fe since 1986 (New Mexico). His ensemble called Luna Negra ( Black Moon ).

In 2008 he was nominated One Guitar for Grammy in the category of Best New Age Album.

In 2009 he is again nominated The Scent of Light for a Grammy in the category of Best New Age Album.
