Oued Zem is a city in Morocco. It belongs to the region Chaouia- Ouardigha and is located in the center of the country south-east of Casablanca. The city is known for its traditional crafts for the production of silk carpets.

General

Oued Zem is located on a side street that runs from Casablanca in a southwesterly direction to the edge of the Middle Atlas. The distance on this road to the next big city in the west, Khouribga, is 33 kilometers to the southeast follow the two central cities Boujad (22 km) and Kasba Tadla (45 km).
