Oumar Sène

Oumar Sène ( born October 23, 1959 in Dakar ) is a former Senegalese football player.

The midfielder was in the 1979/80 season with U.S. Gorée national champion in his home country and later moved to former French first division side Stade Laval, where he played until 1985. He then moved to Paris Saint- Germain, where he completed 197 games until his retirement in late 1992. In addition Sène was Senegalese national team.

After his career Sène worked as a coach for the French amateur club FC Etampes, where he between 2005 and 2007 his son Saer Sène (born 4 November 1986), who now plays for New England Revolution in the U.S., trained.
