Our friend the atom (Original Title: Our Friend the Atom) is an American television and film documenting Hamilton Luske from the year 1957.

Production

The film was produced on behalf of the U.S. government in order to improve the image of atomic physics. He appeared on January 23, 1957 in the framework of the Disney television series Disneyland. Originally, this documentation should be running atomic entitled to Adam, since these titles, however, did not match the Disneyland show, the film was renamed.

To the film also appeared a book entitled The Walt Disney Story of Our Friend the Atom, which was developed by Walt Disney and Heinz Haber. Furthermore, were published some stories around the atom in different Mickey Mouse magazines.
