Ousanas
Ousanas was a king of Axum who ruled around 325 AD.
Ousanas is known only from his coins, some of which are found in India and witness the far-reaching trade relations this time.
In Ethiopian tradition, a king " Ella Allada " or Ella Amida, to which the apostle Frumentius came appears. It has been suggested that Ousanas is identical to this king. Finally, there is an inscription from Eritrea, which belongs to a Sembrouthes. This ruler was also identified with Ousanas. After this inscription he reigned 27 years.
