Réservoir aux Outardes 4 is a lake on the Rivière aux Outardes, 70 km north-west of Baie- Comeau in the Canadian province of Québec.

The dam Barrage aux Outardes -4 at ( ⊙ 49.705833333333-68.906666666667 ) was completed in 1964-1969. Together with seven other dams it forms the 652 km ² large reservoir.

The storage power station Centrale aux Outardes -4 at ( 49.703333333333-68.903611111111 ⊙ ) located at the foot of the dam of the same name and is supplied by the reservoir with water. The installed capacity of four Francis turbines is 785 MW, the hydraulic potential of 120 m.
