Ove Kindvall

Ove Kindvall ( born May 16, 1943 in Norrköping) is a former Swedish football player.

Career

The striker Ove Kindvall began his career at IFK Norrköping and moved in 1966 to Feyenoord Rotterdam. In the same year he was elected to the Swedish football of the year. In 1969, he was with Feyenoord Dutch champion in 1970 and won the European Cup of Champions. In the final against Celtic, he scored the winning goal. He then accepted for the Swedish national football team participated in the FIFA World Cup 1970, where the team was eliminated in the first round unhappy.

In 1971 he returned to Sweden for IFK Norrköping and took with Sweden at the FIFA World Cup 1974 in Germany part. In 1975 he went to the IFK Göteborg, where he ended his career in 1977. Overall, he brought it into the Swedish national team on 43 missions and scored 16 goals.
