Overland Airways is a Nigerian airline based in Ikeja and based on the Murtala Mohammed International Airport in Lagos. Another hub is located on the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja.
History
Overland Airways was founded in September 1998 as an aircraft charter company in November 2003 and took the line of flight operations. Overland Airways Ltd is a subsidiary of Landover Company Limited, a leading aviation services companies in Nigeria.
Objectives
As of February 2013, five other Nigerian destinations are served next to Lagos and Abuja: Asaba, Bauchi, Ibadan, Ilorin and Minna.
Fleet
To increase the fleet in 2012 six aircraft of type ATR 72 were ordered. The first machine was delivered in October 2012 to the company.
